so, lately, i’ve been going crazy about making hot dogs. i know that they are terrible and they are disgusting. i’ve seen videos of what goes in them. but, i just can’t stop loving them. and, of course i have to get weird about them and think about them and envision how they will look when i cook them and this is what i end up with:

hot dogs give me energy so i can fight off my demons

the uncle beano- two hot dogs,  scored on the top and bottom, broiled and served on a toasted bun with mustard, wasabi, cheddar cheese, pickles and hot sauce. the picture shows a slight variation. i diced some lettuce, drizzled it with balsamic vinegar. my roommate claims that these are the best hot dogs in the city.
